Board of Directors
The Student Union reports to both the Student Union Board of Directors and the Division of Student Affairs. The Board is a student-majority body, but also includes UC Berkeley staff and faculty. The Board establishes policy for and provides oversight over Student Union commercial activities, budget approval, and planning.
