Board of Directors
The Student Union reports to both the Student Union Board of Directors and the Division of Student Affairs. The Board is student majority, but is also composed of UC Berkeley staff, and faculty. The Board establishes policy for and provides oversight over Student Union commercial activities, budget approval, and planning.
