DIGITAL MONITOR ADVERTISING
We have 22 digital screens throughout the Student Union that rotate images all day! Advertise on our digital screens and catch the eye of students walking by. Advertising is available to campus groups, external groups, and student organizations.
Student Organizations
• Free ads per Registered Student Organization per school year
• Ad runs for 2 weeks (14 business days)
• Ads run for 7 seconds on our loop
• Still image ONLY, no video
• All ads run portrait-style (vertical)
Campus Departments
• Ads run for 7 seconds on our loop
• Still image or video with subtitles accepted
• All ads run portrait (vertical)
Pricing:
✶ Weekly: $160
✶ Semesterly: $1,950
✶ Annually: $3,250 (2 swaps per semester any additional ad swap is $90 per swap)
Non-Campus Groups or Companies
• Ads run for 7 seconds on our loop / video up to 15 seconds
• Still image or video with subtitles accepted
• All ads run portrait (vertical)

✶Annually: $4,900 (2 swaps per semester any additional ad swap is $90 per swap)
ON-CAMPUS EXPERIENCES
On-Campus Experiences market your brand to the UC Berkeley campus. We offer access to a unique audience of more than 45,000 students, 25,000 faculty and staff, with $497,500,000 in buying power. We provide a space for you in a prime location on the UC Berkeley campus so the right people see your brand! Packages include promotional event advertising on our digital screens and social media in advance of your event.
THE BASIC PACKAGE
• 10 ft x 10 ft space on the UC Berkeley campus

• Promotion on our digital screens 7 days in advance
• Posts and stories on our social media channels

$1,500 (Intersection of Bancroft and Telegraph or MLK Jr. Building)
“Premium” days: inquire for price.
*Premium Days includes: Cal Day, Open House, Calapalooza, Move-In Day, Homecoming Weekend
REQUIREMENTS
Reservation made at least 14 days in advance (larger experiences will require a longer lead time)

On-Campus Experience Promotional Content
Information Needed:
• Date and time of On-Campus Experience
• Short introduction of the business (1-3 sentences), this is to provide students with insight on the business
• Social media handles (Instagram and/or Facebook) to tag in post
Content Needed:
Promotional content for social media need to fit 1080 x 1080 px and 1920 x 1080 (horizontal) or 1080×1920 (landscape) digital monitors need to fit
• Product photos or photo of service
• Alternative: Graphic from the business with logo
• Alternative: We can create a graphic with the information above, but we will need:

Become a sponsor of the ASUC Student Union and your money will go directly to supporting student organizations and programs! Sponsorship benefits include advertising on our digital screens, your logo on our website, dedicated social media posts, and a presence at our major events.
